1978 PEARSON 365

1978 PEARSON 365 FOR SALE.... $14,000. ........
Preliminary listing.
Located St Maarten
This boat was here for hurricane Irma but sustained minimal damage. She lost the mizzen mast, a small portion of toe rail, some stanchions and stainless railing, and sustained some surface scratching to aft rear quarter of hull. NO water intrusion at all.
Previous owner paid $35,000 and did $34,000 in improvements during refit.
Decks and cabin top have been re-painted and have no soft spots, hull paint in good condition, new auto pilot and electronics. Interior in good condition.
Great opportunity for some one to buy a nice solid blue water boat for cheap price.
I purchased this boat from a friend who brought it down from key west, after Irma and Maria he decided he had enough of the Caribbean. I am going to clean the boat up and make a few small repairs to get it ready for the next owner. I will not be fixing the list of deficiencies above. I will have a complete listing of equipment and full set of pictures by the end of next week.

Re: 1978 PEARSON 365

I have been real busy with the holidays coming up, but I did get it moved to a slip in my marina and started removing all the previous owners belongings and cleaning the interior. The boat is in really good condition for the age. A couple more days for pictures and equipment listing. Someone is coming to see it on Dec 26th.

Re: 1978 PEARSON 365

I live on St. Thomas and am currently in Florida, waiting for power to be restored to my house. Plan to be back there after Jan. 1 and would like to take a trip down to see this boat.

Is it shoal draft at 4.5 ft keel depth?
Is engine original? Has it been sold or is it still available?
Please advise and thanks

Re: 1978 PEARSON 365

I now have a complete set of photos available. If you are interested PM me with an email address and I'll send a copy.
Spent 5 days cleaning the boat up and she looks really good.
If you are the do it yourself type and can get the work done yourself you could have a nice boat for not a lot of money.
Anyone with a serious interest I will be happy to discuss in person via the phone, send me a number to call and discuss
