Need advice on fair price for a Beneteau Oceanis

Asking price and selling price are often distant cousins. Proceed with caution. You do not need this boat, you want this boat.

I wouldn't buy this boat not even for 60k .
Doesn't matter how good the repair on the bow is , the will be always weaker than it was at the begining and this compromises your rigging integrity, just run away and find another boat with less issues .

Yep, don’t buy this one. For a 100k you can get a 10 year old boat.
