No other names for the
CSY boats.
Only about 60 CSY 33s were made, a rare animal, no wonder it ain't in the NASA guides.
Several hundred were built of the larger models, 37s and 44s.
After CSY went TU somebody bought the molds and called them
Antigua.
Surveyors and brokers have access to the actual selling
price for most boats, perhaps a printout of the
CSY 33 list would help your cause.
$28k for the
boat in
Sarasota with a new
Diesel seems about right, not much in the way of
equipment.
Check for
blisters and check the
rudder.
If original, the chain plates are due for replacement, or way overdue.
Strong boats that can take a licking, lots of room and
storage.
If your credit union won't play ball, go to a boat finance place, Essex or somebody, maybe they will write a loan if the boat is surveyed and Documented.
