1970 Sailcraft Apache 41 Catamaran

The boat is currently in Riverside Marina, Fort Pierce, Florida. The firm price is $60,000. "As-is, where-is".

S/V Deborah Lynn III is a Florida-based 1970 Sailcraft Apache 41’ for sale by its owner. The deck layout and rig offer a stable, safe, and well-reasoned platform for whatever comes your way. The rotating dagger boards increase the pointing ability when going to windward. With the boards up, the draft of the boat is 3’ 6”. This is a well-equipped boat that is ready to go, put in the water and go sailing.

A couple of questions, is the cat still on blocks in the yard and when was the last survey done (insurance and bank will want that info)?
