Need a Place to Haul for Rudder Maintanance.

New wanna be live aboard with a new boat. Right now bad insurance keeping me above the 35th parallel on east coast USA.(Currently Abermarle Sound) I need a place that can haul me and I can stay on the boat while I do the repairs myself. Have to stay North till 1st of December but I have to do this between now and Thanksgiving. Oh My beam is 23' length 38 catamaran so been having trouble to find on my own. Thanks in advance.
