Autopilot compass

I working on phase II of an electronics installation with autopilot coming during phase III. Phase I was a 12" Zeus with a 3G radar.

I had planned to add a compass near midship low in the boat as well as add an ultrasonic wind instrument at the mast head.

My question is can I use the Airmar 220WX instrument with the integrated compass for the autopilot eventually or will there be too much pitch at the mast head?

If I can't use that compass, what is the advantage of the 220WX vs. the 120WX?

One last question. Would the Maretron WSO100 be a good choice vs. the Airmar 120WX?

Thanks for your help.
