Importing Spinnaker to Colombia
Help! I am flying to Colombia on Friday and bringing my new spinnaker. I cannot get info on what will happen when we clear customs in bogota. Will there be a fee? do I say it's used? I am okay with the fee I am just afraid it will get impounded like when you fedex in a part. I need to leave for Panama on Monday so its all about getting through customs with this sail.
First hand advice appreciated.
