Want To Buy: Live aboard Catamaran 44'-50' $350k

We are actively in the market for a used but recently updated Live Aboard Catamaran 44-50' in length. Prefer 2008 or newer "ready to go" with cruising / bluewater amenities like: A/C, Genset, AIS, Watermaker, Washer, Icemaker. We are planning on retiring on the boat and initially sailing the Caribbean for the first few years, then circumnavigate. We know every boat on the market currently and ideally would like to find a new listing/firesale that is well equipped and maintained. Owners version/non-chartered would be ideal!
