Dean 11.8 Catamaran Malaysia Us$75000

I NOW LIVE IN PENANG AND WILL GIVE AS MUCH TIME AS NECESSARY TO HANDOVER OF VESSEL WHICH IS PRICED FOR QUICK SALE
Do not bring anything everything is aboard.
Currently in a Marina berth ($US170 month) in Penang Island, Malaysia.
Malaysia is, in my opinion of 46 years cruising the world, the best cruising grounds ESPECIALLY if you have 3 ft. draft. Thousands of islands to explore and creeks and rivers to enter. Wonderful people to meet and the food amazing in variety and taste. (A grand meal for $1.00) Indonesia 50 miles away and Thailand just 18 miles from Langkawi Islands a great cruising area just 50 miles north of Penang.. Malaysia you have it all. Borneo, Philippines…I took this boat 300 miles up Regang River Sarawak Wonderful Indians.
After 46 years of cruising, at 75 years old I am spending your money on a motorhome for me and my wife time to re-explore the world inland. Alaska here we come.
SV ‘Australia3’ is a delight to sail all sails work from cockpit. Reliable single Isuzu diesel powers Volvo Penta Outdrive that can be turned to give excellent manoeuvring.
It is not necessary to bring a single thing aboard. Everything to leave Penang today for a World cruise is aboard. Thousands of dollars of spares 3 auto pilots extra gps transmitting AIS. Navigation Computer with the worlds charts 6 solar panels run deepfreeze and fridge and 8 x12 volt fans never necessary to connect to shore power or run the generator.

Re: Dean 11.8 Catamaran Malaysia Us$75000

HOW MANY BERTHS
there are a queen sized beth fwd on port and starboard side
aft cabin has also one double
the saloon has two berths but a berth occurs at forward end of saloon. Further the table can be folded down and the whole of the saloon can be one large berth sleeping say 5 people close together
the cockpit can be fully enclosed and have two berths and the floor could be used also say 13 people then you have the enormous foredeck...

I never sailed with more than 4 people but being sensible
berths 2 + 2 fwd 2 aft cabin (The second aft cabin is a workshop at this moment)
Saloon 2 berths cockpit 2 berths total 10 berths

Repair replacement
I am on the boat and their are no replacements Necessary
Repairs there are none
Cosmetics I repaired a 1" diameter ding under water where a boat hit me. The repair is immensely strong but I did not have a sander to perfect the job
I would not touch it but a perfectionist would sand it
Only thing I can think of is engine oil change in 100 hours
If I had health I would sail the boat anywhere (it went Seth Africa to England to Tanzania to Asia so farm
Due to the central pod which diverts waves to each side of it it does not slam unlike the two engine 11.2 deans
I can phone you to discuss anything my email berniekatchor2 At gmail.com
