Where to mount B60 20° transducer on a Pearson 33?

I need advice where to mount my thru hull B60 20° transducer on my '72 P33. I know I need to figure out the dead rise but frankly just understand it. My placement is '2 oclock" fwd of shoal draft keel. The angle based on cell phone app is 60° at this location on hull. Can anyone advise me as to where/what my options are? I have been on hard for 15 months while refitting and am splashing next week and it is the last remaining project.
