Tobago 35: fountaine pajot 35 Tobago transom extension possible/who done it?

Hi all,
I am about to buy a FP35 Tobago, made an offer.
As I am doing a world cirumnavigation with it, I wanna extend the transtom by 3 to 5 ft and also the keels. Did anyone done it???
Whats better 3 or 5ft extension, or 4 better?

If yes can I get a rough description or pictures how to do that, how it was done

I want to achieve more waterline length to help with payload, high waves and less hobbie horsing. Also 5ft should help with an additional 0.5 till 1kn speed and better dingy and water access for swimming, fishing...
