can I use the Jeppesen C-Map Professional+ CM93v3 (S57) charts in OpenCPN?
If yes, how does it work?

No, CM93v3 will not work, but CM93v2 works perfect.

As Petter said, these charts - same as Navionics or Garmin - come in a proprietary encrypted format and would require a specific plug-in for OCPN. Such as for NV-charts or BSB3 raster charts.

No problem for OCPN, just ask as a user of Jeppesen if they want to provide one or set up a joint effort to implement it. We are listening.
