This is a boating forum if you aren't aware, and as we were recently reminded, so not sure about that.

But there's only so much that can be said about a guy that won an unfair dismissal case because his employer got pee'd off that he didn't toe the "company" line despite his right to free speech and fired him. I guess that makes most posts in this thread red herrings by your definition.
