Cruising Colombia, Santa Marta to Cartgena

Ahoy Mates

The boat is a 2012 Leopard 44 Catamaran presently lying Marina Santa Marta.

I am a USCG licensed captain with 3+ years on this boat having left Miami in Nov 2012. I have sailed the Eastern Caribbean and now worked my way South to Colombia with the plan to continue on to Isla Mujeres. Retired and no schedule, and taking my time enjoying the journey.
I am not a single handler so would desire crew before moving on the Cartagena.
I am a fair weather sailor and prefer to stay in port until the weather is agreeable.
Would desire crew that can sail with me at least for a month more or less and preferably someone with at least a bit of sailing experience.
Again - no schedule and just enjoying the life.

Re: Cruising Colombia, Santa Marta to Cartgena

Our names are Mark and Eve and we live in David, Chiriquí, Panama.
We are interested in your ad for a crew from Columbia Santa Marta to Cartegena. We completed a 6 day voyage from Aruba to Bocas Del Toro in Dec-Jan 2015 on a 64ft ketch for ~850 nmiles. I have additional experience racing 30ft Martin J-class boats in the PacificNW for two years, my wife is an experienced cook and novice deck hand but we both know are way around a sailboat. We can also contribute for our travel expenses. If this sound like what you are looking for a crew, please do send trip details, pictures, of you boat type, rigging, navigation, etc. We can if you wish, attached our photo of us at the Bocas Marina, Panama. We have US passports, are fluent in Spanish, no time constraints, perfect health, use not drugs, and very amicable people who love sailing. We have been to Isla Mujeres, Cozumel, and the Yucatan 3 times and know if very well.

Thanks for your consideration,

Marco y Eva Rossmiller
