Thanks for the comments, I am glad you got something from it. I will suggest to anyone who makes this to cut the Mango in smaller chunks. We are going to try to do one of these a month baking bread aboard will be the next one I think,Teresa loves to cook and is just learning the challenges of cooking on a boat so we want to share what we learn.

Beats the hell out of my "I'm bored on this delivery.. lets have a larf.." cooking video a few weeks back..
Shame its not at sea... with its limitations and hassles..
