Dufour circa 1990

Hi folks. Does someone who was around in the 90s have perhaps some stories about Dufour yachts built at the end of the 80s / beginning of the 90s? I guess I am looking for something like “oh those were the blister years!” or perhaps “back then they really built them strong” etc, etc.. any insight would be appreciated. Hell even something like .. meh.. same construction and company as today would be helpful.
