Reluctant sale , just brought the boat , and very happy with it.

I am returning to Australia...………… not after a profit , have to go home , you can benefit from time looking at boats in Florida & NC , and finding this one.

The yacht is very roomy for 29ft , feels like 33-34 ft. Walk in water transom , large cockpit. Close to the Bahamas with a 5.4 ft draft.

Low Yanmar engine hrs 1400 aprox. ,clean engine runs great. good sails , new head , 9.5 ft west marine tender no outboard. lots of spares: 4x Anchors,2xwater pumps, 1xmacerator pump , belts, filters ect ect.


I just brought it Feb. 2019 , that's why its got the independent survey, and sea trail !
+ a transferable live aboard marina berth , Hopetown marina. Great marina , clean showers, laundry, internet/tv book room , gym , restaurant, and bar.
