Highly recommend them. Our cat has a 25'3" beam. That is the maximum they can take. They've got a 150 ton travel lift. I highly recommend this yard for work. They're friendly, very professional, and do top quality work. They are offering some very competitive prices on hauling & labor right now:

They are located in the Manatee Pocket with NO FIXED BRIDGES. It is a hurricane hole and very safe. Lots of nearby restaurants, as well as the Chapman School of Seamanship within biking distance, which often has 1 bedroom apartments with full kitchen & wireless internet while your boat is being worked on for very reasonable rates.

Hi! I can't open your spreadsheet & not sure if you're interested in out of the US. Shelter Bay Marina in Ft Sherman/Colon Panama hauls out catamarans as does LaCeiba Shipyard in LaCeiba, Honduras. I think the max width at LaCeiba is 25', not sure about Shelter Bay.

These are the only two that I'm aware of in the Western Caribbean, altho' there are a few new yards that may ... one in the Rio Dulce, one in Bocas Del Toro, but I'm not familiar with the new yards, maybe someone else?

St Augustine Boatyard in St. Augustine Florida, and just got hauled in Vacamonte Panama. Just north of Taboga via 6 miles on the mainland. We're 23'3", and there was a couple of feet on both sides still.Also in Ca. there is a yard in Napa, but I forget the name......i2f

We were suprised to find out that our little marina has a big trailor lift that extends wide enough to fit our cat and mutch wider ones. It is hydrolic and spreads out with arms that move foward and back for the correct lift locations. The unit lowers to go under the boat before being backed in to the water and hydrolicly raises when under the boat and after lifted ( max 20 ton ) they use a big loader type of heavy equiptment to pull it up the boat launch to the boat yard across the street. The cost is $150 round trip out and back in the water, and $10.00 a day for dry dock that you can work on your self, not bad these days.

Location is at Clover Island in Kennewick WA on the Columbia River just up stream of the confluence of the Snake river, where we have 300+ days of sunshine here in the desert of eastern WA

Ferroalquimar in Cartagena Columbia can handle 30' beam with a 300ton lift.

Curacao Marine in Curacao pulls catamarans with a trailer lift.

Many years ago my computer science classes taught me that whenever data is kept in two databases, one will always be out of date. I decided not to be responsible for an out-of-date database so I stopped updating my spreadsheet when I found out about Active Captain. Thus no entries have been added to mine since October 2007.
