Southern Cross 35 Info Search

Hello all,

New to the forum and in search of some more information. Thinking (very seriously) about upgrading to a little bit larger, blue water boat. The Southern Cross 35 has quickly made the short list but I have yet to sail on one, or even seen one in person.

Does anyone have any personal feedback they are will to share about the boat? Seaworthiness, common issues to look out for, think it is large enough to house 3 adults, overall impressions? Any information is much appreciate and I am willing to talk on the phone with anyone if that makes things easier.

The million dollar question is, does anyone in the Chesapeake Bay Area have one they would be willing to let me at least look at to get a feel for size/layout/etc. I know it is a lot to ask but they seem fairly hard to come by and am trying to get a general feel for the vessel. I can provide beer!
