Gibsea 52 Master: Sparcraft mast: electromotor

I have a Gibsea 52 Master with a Sparcraft mast and an electric main sail system. It appears the electromotor isn't working properly, she turns but doesn't have enough power in order to pull out the sail or turn it inside.
Following the electrician which came on board , the motor needs to be replaced. Someone a good advise?
