Hi all, we are inexperienced sailors, only done some holiday charters so far, but we have just bought a 38' Dufour, based in Turkey, looking for some advice about VHF radio license, what is best course to take, is it best to complete in Turkey or UK, going out to Turkey on 30/4 for a couple of weeks , then return to UK for approx 1 month, plan is then to spend about 2 months on the boat in Turkey, would be very grateful for any advice

Get the radio license from the same state that the boat is registered with. So if you carry UK registration on the boat then get a UK license.
