Calling Marine Electronics Installers

I purchased a B&G 4G RADAR last year and managed to misplace what the installation manual called a Phoenix Connector.

I contacted B&G a month ago to determine a part number and how I might purchase a replacement. So far the only response has been that my inquiry has been assigned to a customer service agent.

Does anyone know a manufacturer and/or part number?

phoenix is a manufacturer. but they make 1000's of connectors. so you'd need to find the part number. is this for the RI10 box?

I believe you are looking for one of these.

The four poles are: Shield, Black (-), Yellow (+) and Red (+) that come out of the combined cable that also has the RJ-45 connector.

Yes. That looks like what is shown in the manual. Have you used this component? Or, is there another dimension? Say 6mm rather than 5mm that I need to determine.

Re: Calling Marine Electronics Installers

You can get those Phoenix type connectors on eBay. I've only seen 3.5mm, 5.08mm, and 7.5mm.
