Help with first time maintenance on a Perkins diesel

I've just been volunteered at my club to do some maintenance work on our tender engines (Crosby 21, Velvet drive tranny, Perkins (?). Oh boy. It's a Perkins (62?) but beyond that they don't know much. I'm hoping this image link works. I'm looking for an id of the engine model. Also advice on the following:
-How many hours between oil & filter changes?
-How man hours between fuel filter changes?
-Same goes for trans fluid.

We're at about 140 on one boat and 70 on the other. Both will still run till October.

I'm recommending we do a full engine oil, trans oil, and all filters change at the beginning of the year and half way through. Sound good? Overkill?

If I could find a manual for the engines that would be great also. Any other maintenance advice? Specifically for the oil, trans and fuel filters changes.

Thanks so much!

It would be better to change fluids at the end of the season to avoid having the old oil sit over the off-season and settle or erode the engine.

100 hours is a generally accepted number. To frequent can’t hurt.

Looks like a Perkins 4-108 engine. Can't see the transmission....

Google for owners manual.
