I going to make a stupid question!!! Please be kind with me.
Can I crew charter my boat while sailing in the Med ou Caribe, to make some money.
Can I post ads offering 1 ou 2 weeks sailing in theis areas with crew?
I see many people tring to fund its jorney and never giving this option.

Legally that is complicated to say the least. You have to have a tax regulated situation. Many do it illegally and that's why Greeks and Croats try to check carefully the crews and do not allow that more than a certain number of "friends" coming to sail with you, meaning changes on the crew.

no problem,just get your boat MCA coded,yourself commercially endorsed as captain,form a company and upgrade your insurance for a commercial venture.

then buy a charter licence,about 6000euro in turkey for the season and you are good to go
