That's right, I am actually looking for a project boat. I just had a kid and my family owns a boat yard so I have time, and a place to work cheaply. I'd like to find a project boat to chip away at while my son grows up so it's ready to go when he becomes a teenager.

Looking for something in the 38-46 foot range. Pilothouse preferred. Must have aft cabin for the kid. Rebuildable or serviceable engine. Something without rotten decks preferably (already did that once). I'd really like a Pan oceanic, Kings legend, Spindrift 43, or a Corbin with an aft cabin. PM me!
