Yanmar 3GM Injector Washers & Seals

Has anyone done the specs for the set of washers and seal needed for each injector on a Yanmar 3GM30F? There are five pieces in each:

1 ea O-ring Y# 24341-000260
1 ea Heatshield Cover Washer Y# 128275-11500
1 ea Heatshield Y# 128275-11490
2 ea Chamber Washer Y# 124950-11450

The first is (I would guess) an O-ring made of EPDM rubber for heat resistance, the third a (I suspect) ceramic fiber washer, the last copper washers. I'm not sure what the second is made of.

I've ordered three sets of Yanmar parts. It would be good, however, to have generic specifications in my maintenance notes against a time I may not be able to get those quickly enough, so I thought of asking you all in case someone else has already invented this wheel.

Sorry, I don't have this info either, but I have to say thanks for supplying the parts numbers. How'd you know my injector nozzles were being replaced and I was going to need to buy O-rings? The diesel shop is going to provide the copper washers though.

The sets arrived today. Here are my measurements and observations:

O-ring: Black rubber, probably 70A durometer EPDM, 1.78mm cross section, 26.0mm ID

Cover Washer (Injector Cover): Copper, 0.15mm thick, 25.8mm OD, 10.0mm ID

Heat Shield (Insulator): A laminated metallic material, probably exhaust gasketing; 1.27mm thick, 23.0mm OD, 10.2mm ID

Chamber Washer (Chamber Gasket): Copper, 0.56mm thick, 25.7mm OD, 21.3mm ID

I have no information about the working tolerances of either the materials or sizing of these parts. They however are not products lending themselves to the high degree of precision necessary in, say, the injector nozzles, so a little leeway might get by in a pinch if you had to find a substitute product and make your own part with which to get going.
