I have sailed the Chesapeake for almost 20 yrs and chartered in the Caribbean and Turkey but I am not a navigator.

Hey guys, I'm really interested in the island hopping around the Phillipeans.

I've not got experience but I'm currently teaching myself the important knots, principles and some basic navigation. But I'd be happy to take on the more meanial jobs in return for passage (happy to play night watchman). What sort of dates do you have in mind guys?

I will be buying a boat in the next few weeks capable of ocean passages. will be sailing the Philippines until comfortable with a new boat, then sailing to the U.S.A..
