Etap 38i -Voted European yacht of the year in 1991. This Belgian built/designed boat has many innovative features. The engineering and construction are of a very high quality. With a modern, functionable, bright interior and a fast race inspired design, she sails very well in light breezes and heavy weather. Combined with her unsinkability, her crash box of foam in the bow, and her double skinned foam injected construction, she becomes a uniquely qualified bluewater cruiser. GRP unsinkable construction double skin also provides extra hull stiffness, noise and heat insulation, and no interior condensation. She features cast iron wing keel with wheel steering, a Volvo 43hp diesel with sail drive, shore power system, spacious interior with accommodation for six in three cabins, fully battened mainsail with lazy jacks, sails operated from cockpit and spinnaker and sock. Kiska is in excellent condition, has been well maintained, and is ready to sail.

Hmmm, I think you will find that the Sadler 34 is also unsinkable, but to be fair, according to the only standard of unsinkability (that of the French Merchant Marine), unsinkability means that freeboard is reduced by less than 3% of LOA when flooded. Sadlers, though they wouldn’t actually sink, would flood close to deck level.

Good luck with the sale. A terrific boat, a modern look but far more seaworthy than your typical modern production cruiser.
