Does anyone have firsthand knowledge of the sailing characteristics and handling of this boat ?

We are thinking of purchasing one because my wife and I both like the layout. Although information is extremely hard to find on line we are looking for any help possible, especially from those that have one and would be willing to share any and all information, good or bad.

Maintenance issues ? Problem areas? Things to look for in a survey ? Any known problems common to this model?
