Wanted mast and rigging for Jeanneau 43DS

Our boat was damaged by hurricane Ike. I need to replace all the rigging on the boat, except the boom and head sail. The in mast furling, all shrouds and stays were lost as well as the rolling furler for the genoa. We were able to salvage the genoa. Our boat is located in the Turks and Caicos

dkstock - as a fellow 43DS owner I feel for you! Although I'm not in a position to help, I would be interested in details on what happened.

We have a condo in the Turks and Caicos that we rent for investment purposes. We sailed here and decided to go to the US to visit friends and put the boat on the hard. Ike came through and knocked her over, destroying the mast. We were not on island, we were not in danger, but we were living on the boat and thought we had done the best we could to secure our "house."

The insurance company will pay, but we are trying to find out where we can the rigging replaced.

Might call Mack sails. They built me a new suit of sales and produced an internal reefing boom at a great price. Travis was great to deal with and took care of the one or two problems instantly when I brought them up.

Aloha

Possible solution

Disclaimer: I don't work for them!!!
I give two thumbs up to Mack Sails
Also try Forte carbon in CT for a mast quote. You might be surprised.

And don't try to sail under that fixed bridge again!

Cheers
Paul
