YOU DON'T NEED TO SHOUT!!!
Beyond the foregoing, let me say that the family that we bought our boat from in Annapolis (the first owners of the boat that delivered her to the US from Europe) traded "up" to a 2001 273 after selling their 42 to us. In a later conversation, the former owner confided that while is (large-ish) wife liked the space in the 473, selling the 42 was "...the dumbest thing I've ever done!". That aside, at least the earlier 473's seemed to have much to recommend them. The 473 and 423 are much akin and there is a good discussion of the 423 on the blog of (click-on) " Fleetwing". Bob and Ann Sherer have traveled widely on the boat and Bob has very useful information on his site while Ann is a VERY accomplished artist.
FWIW...
