Cockpit - salon sliding doors in a sedan

Hello all. I have a Tollycraft 37 sedan (or sportfisher if you prefer). I currently have a 4 panel sliding door system, where the middle 2 panels slide outward, opening up the middle 4' of the 8' opening.

What I would like to build is a 4 panel teak and glass system like is found on many Ocean Alexanders. Can anyone recommend the sliding and latching hardware I would need?

Also suggestions on the construction of the doors would be welcome. My thoughts were 1 - 1.25" thick by ~5" wide rails & styles, half lapped together (that's how I made the cabinet doors inside).
