Want To Buy: Fountaine Pajot Lipari or Lagoon 400

I will be retiring at the end of March next year. Between now and then I would like to purchase a Fountaine Pajot Lipari or a Lagoon 400 in the eastern USA, Bahamas or Caribbean. I am open to the charter or owner's version. My budget is $225,000ish. I do not require financing.
