Crew Wanted: Dominican Republic, Mona Passage, and Puerto Rico

We are on a very well maintained Beneteau First 345, expecting to depart Samana Dominican Republic sometime in the next few weeks. Ultimately planning to follow the Van Sant route through the Mona Passage to the west and south coast of Puerto Rico. We are looking for one or possibly two crew, quarters are tight, but we've made it work before. Our plan is to make a couple of the overnight passages from the DR through Puerto Rico.

While offshore experience is helpful, it is not required. We do not allow drugs or smoking on board or drinking while on watch. We will cover all boat expenses and most food while underway. All shore side expenses including travel to/from the vessel will be the responsibility of the crew.
