Combining 2 Charts

I am new to OpenCPN to bear with me here.....I am trying to use 2 RNC charts which cover the entire Chesapeake Bay (US_MD 12274 and 12280). I thought by using chart quilting this would allow for a smooth transition between both the charts, however this is not the case. They overlap at the perfect spot which is why I am attempting to do this. Any assistance would be awesome.

Re: Combining 2 Charts

A) can you paste a screen shot to illustrate what you want to explain?

B) you might want to experiment with the detail/zoom slider to try different "aggressive" steps of quilting. (Options|Display|Advanced)

Re: Combining 2 Charts

I will see about the detail/zoom slider. I was messing around with it a little more after I had posted and I think part of the issue may be the scale of the charts themselves. One has a different scaling than the other. Additionally I also noticed that when I removed some maps they didn't completely remove until I restarted the program.
