Leopard 44: Sunsail Leopard 44 Purchase/Phase Out in Lefkas Greece Advice?

Just went under contract on a 2011 Moorings (Sunsail) Leopard 44 "Mistral" She is owned by the Moorings with no personal owner involved.

Due to the holidays and anticipated Greek timelines, I have until Feb 18th for survey / acceptance and then until April 18th to close the deal.

This is my first big boat purchase, and first purchase with the Moorings / Sunsail.

Does anyone have any general advice on phasing an older cat out of Moorings?

Does anyone have any specific advice on working with Sunsail in Lefkas Greece?

I'm open to any and all advice.

I would have a full survey from a completely independent surveyor and pay particular attention to the engine(s), and sails. Once inspected ensure that these are the sails that you get !!

I’m sure you’ve already considered this, but will you be keeping the boat in the Med, Pacific or Caribbean? If not, you’ll have to deal with the 220v vs 110v issues.
