The New One from Slovenia

Hello everybody,

I have joined your forum to get some new knowledge and advices on sailing. Iīm from Slovenia where my girlfriendīs parents have a sailing boat and we have already made some short routes at Adriatic. I found sailing very exciting and I would like to get more self confident on the sea.

Thank you very much for your suggestions!

Jure

Welcome aboard. I learned too late that the best way to have a boat is to have a friend that owns one. A girlfriend with one is even way better.

Re: The new one

Currently Itīs about 2 - 6 degree (celzius) in the morning and about 16 - 20 degree in the afternoon. Itīs quite warm for this time of the year. Adriatic see has approximetly 10 degree celzius.

The sailing season in Slovenia usually starts in the middle of April.
