Catamaran paying crew looking for Canary Island winter sail.

We are a professional couple in the middle of 5 year plan to sell up and sail the Med.
We are looking for, ideally, a couple with their own Catamaran to come and spend one-two weeks with over the November to February period. We would love to share costs! This will, hopefully, be in the Canary Islands area so it is a bit warmer than UK or Europe!!. This may enable some sailing and boat maintenance/management alongside owners!
She :will be doing her RYA Competent Crew Qualification with Blue Reach RYA school aboard a Broadblue 435 in July 2014. Has some sailing experience but not much. He :Started sailing at sea in 1990. Has nearly 4000 nautical miles, 187 night hours. experienced navigator. Has day skipper practical X2. Most of Practicals for Coastal Skipper signed off. Has RYA/DoT Coastal Skipper Yachmaster Offshore shorebased cert.Just done 275 miles on same Broadblue 435 to Guernsey from Portsmouth via Cherbourg. Experienced passage maker.
If this is you, please reply with some ideas of costs involved. We are wanting to gather as much experience of cats as possible and ideally, but not exclusively, the live-aboard variety.
