Upgrading Solar Panels

Looking for help from someone a little smarter on the issue.

I want to upgrade my four 115W panels. I found three 190W panels that will fit into my existing frame for $160 each.

I wonder if it is just as simple as plugging in the new panels. Can someone take a look at the attached spec sheets and tell me if this is possible and/or worthwhile, please?

Thank you in advance.

Your existing panels are "12V" (17Vp) panels, and the ones you're replacing them with are "24V" (34Vp) panels, so no - it's probably not a direct replacement.

If you have an MPPT solar charge controller, it may be able to handle the higher voltages (like the BlueSky 3024 models I have), but if it can't handle the additional power voltage - or the additional power (e.g. if you're near the limit of the existing one), you'll have to replace it as well.

I have three 240W/34Vp panels and two of the BlueSky 3024 12V/24V MPPT controllers. Two are paralleled into the first controller, and are maxing out its capacity - so the 2nd controller was needed to handle the 3rd panel. Unfortunately, I don't have the space now for a 4th panel ;-)
