Hawaii east to???

I will retire to the Philippine islands in a couple years. I have found very little info on cruising east from Hawaii. I am in the PNW so Hawaii is an obvious first stop. But then what direction? French Frigate then Midway? Johnston? South to Palmyra? Then stop 3 at the Marshals or Wake? Then bunny hop through Bikini Truk and on to Davao. I have been watching the winds every day for about 2 years. 20-30*n looks like a good ride as well as takes me through some history I would like to see. Provisioning is not necessary at every stop as much as a useable anchorage to rest for a couple days. Where can I go to find info on a north Pacific crossing?
