To the OP: yes, it's you. It's not the system or the process or the broker. Your expectations are unreasonable. Given your travel, you are right to expect some accommodation in scheduling such as viewing in off-hours, help with ground travel, assurance a proper sea trial can be scheduled (after a proper contract) etc. But, in my opinion, you are asking for soooo much more.
