Crew Wanted: FL to Belize

Returning to the Rio for the third time. I need 1 or 2 crew starting the first part of December from the Orlando airport area. Stopping in Key West for good WX etc. then on to Isla Mujeres. Staying in MX for more good wx and then on to Belize. You can still see the boat on Yacht World, the Seafarer 36c "Ecos."
I will take care of the boat and food and drink on the boat. No tobacco or seasickness.

What's your guestimate on how long it takes to reach Rio Dulce? How much are you going to be checking out Belize?

I would like to do it in a month and I don't want to spend any extra time in Belize. The best prices for airplane tickets are to Orlando and from Belize. Getting home from the Rio would be 4x$ more than flying home from Belize. I can sail the boat by myself from Belize.
