In search of Simrad DS40, DS42, DS50 or DS52
My dual station chartplotter died and I'm looking for another one to replace it. So, if there is anyone out there who is upgrading or has one of these collecting dust, please let me know. Thanks!

Great! Please tell me more about it. Model? Condition? Asking price? Can you send pics? Thanks!

Re: In search of Simrad DS40, DS42, DS50 or DS52
If you can find me a DS44 I'll give you my DS42. My CR42 died, even a new lithium battery did not resurrect it. I was given a CR44 and it works, but the DS42 buttons do not correlate with the CR44. Th DS42 will at least show what the CR44 is showing.

SoonerSailor,
It sounds like you mean to say that if I got my hands on a DS44, we could trade. Wouldn’t it make more sense for you to sell your DS42 to me? Perhaps we could discuss this via pmail?
