I see you're enjoying the nasty waters of Simpson Bay. Are you going alone this time?

Have a safe trip.... we'll have a tow scheduled to bring you into Horta if you'd like.

Well.. initial hiccup.. left Lagoonies marina and went through the causeway bridge and blew some hydraulic hose putting a few litres into the bilge.. so the owners been busy breaking Snap On tools disconnecting the coupling from the engine hydraulics so its electric power only from here on...
Hope to be in clean Mosquito free air this evening if the wind drops enough to see the channel French side to make the 1730 bridge.. else its tomorrow morning...
If we move I'll light up the Spot for the new location... hope its this evening... I can hear Friars Bay Beach Bar calling me...
Any news if MarkJ has sailed for NYC yet..??

We could never get a space to sit there. We stayed a month and a half and went up every few days.....Every time we gave-up on trying to get a beer and went to some other place.

well if you will go there in the middle of checkbook sailors season, coupled with a crew mating frenzy, expect standing room only

in December,we had the whole place to ourselves, staff and owners were great, service was as you would expect from any local establishment.

unfortunately no sex crazed megayacht stewardesses dancing on the bar at that time of year, but enjoyable non the less
