Does anyone have recent information on the state of the facilities at Club Nautico? A March '14 post to Noonsite suggested that some progress towards a clubhouse and proper washrooms was evident, but still far from completion. An recent email (in my "ok" spanish) to the marina answered several of my inquiries but failed to address the topic of washrooms/showers.

I was just there about a month ago. New buildings are structurally complete and they are working on finish out. Dock is in like new condition an looks very well built. Dont know about status of washroom/showers.

Rates are stiff though. They quoted me US$1,200/month for a 35' cat.
