Jibe Turkeys

My name is John, I'm 37, having just moved to Pensacola, FL and single and not really looking for a job yet, I'm interested in circumnavigating our beautiful earth and any and all the little crevices in between. My time slots are wide open for the next year or 3.

As far as experience.. I once made a ham sandwich(with mayo) while I skippered a 52ft endeavor in 25ft seas with no auto pilot(or GPS) in the bearing sea. Good times!

And my proudest moment was when I was awoken to my first mate's beautifully run aground maneuvering in Tampa Bay only to be ridiculed by a retired veteran on a hover round 15 ft away for 9 hours. Could have been worse, but not by much!

I can cook anything with instructions, I can catch and clean fish. And I can handle the night watches during your passage.

I always show respect and will treat you and your boat like family until given reason not to.

It's been 8 years and a couple of bad relationships since I've been on the deep blue, would love to get back on the water to be with my Lady in the waves. Can cover my expenses. Let's jibe.
