Arranging for maintenance over the winter

I am looking at buying a boat in September and having it worked on over the winter.

In New England, where I live, the boats are usually wrapped up during the winter. If I am doing different refit and maintenance jobs on the boat over the course of the winter, can I just leave it unwrapped, or will that be a problem?

Depending on the refit work, you will be a lot more comfortable with the boat wrapped (the boat will be too). Just have a zip-up door installed so you can get in and out.
