It's a pretty sure bet that the slip is rented, so it's yours as long as you pay the rent.

That's correct. There are very few liveaboard slips in St Thomas. None which are for sale. A non liveaboard slip goes for over 100k. This is an extremely sought after dock, and this is by far the best slip on it. The rent is so reasonable even during slow season the boat makes more than double the rent.
