Any doctors who are also sailors in South Florida?

I need to find a new doctor, general practice type, as my insurance has changed. Since I plan to be out cruising in the next year or two, establishing a relationship with a doctor who understands the needs of cruising sailors would be a real asset. Other than regular medical needs, they could provide guidance on preparing a medkit for the boat, help in obtaining appropriate controlled substances as necessary, and be available for remote emergency consultation by phone/email. If you are, or know of, such a doctor, I'd much appreciate the referral. I'm in the Fort Lauderdale area, but am willing to drive within reason for the right doctor.
