Crew Wanted: Puerto Rico to Dominican Republic

I'm relocating from Toronto to the DR, will be there a few years. Looking to buy a 30-footer - with limited offer locally it seems best to bring from Puerto Rico. Want to get an idea on how much a qualified skipper would charge for the passage (likely Fajardo to La Romana). I would be part of the crew.

Anywhere from 250 to 500 us per day plus travel and some per diem. Don't forget to tip for good service. Depends on schedule and boats cond. if many repairs needed underway this should be reflected in pay rate. If you go offshore be sure you have a good autopilot.
